The job was to eliminate termites. Mike did the estimate and Steve & his son did the job. They all showed up on time for both the estimate & the job. They were courteous, friendly & professional. They communicated in a timely manner & took the time to explain the products used, process, procedure & guarantee. Before the job started, Steve sent the information sheet on the products to be used outside and in the basement. They know their stuff. The work was completed on-time and they cleaned up after themselves.The price paid was fair. They seem to take pride in their work.I look forward to engaging them again in the future. I highly recommend them for any type of pest control.

Steve and Mike have done a tremendous job over the past couple of weeks taking care of the squirrels in my attic. The removal process can be stressful but they make it painless. They’ve trapped three squirrels so far and all have been relocated safely away from the house. They even patched up the entry points on the exterior of my house. Many thanks again to Steve and Mike. 5 stars, will recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend you call Steve if you need the best exterminator in the area. He was absolutely amazing dealing with my Yellowjacket issue. We had a massive nest coming through our deck & into the walls of our basement. Every time we called during a two week span he came back to my house without hesitation & continued to spray the hive until four separate times until the issue was resolved (we hope).🤞🏻

I had a horrible problemwithYellowjacket’s and several nests. One that was particularly difficult was the one that had been built in my electric meter box. Steve treated it and told me to watch for activity. If I continued to see Yellowjacket’s at any of the sites he would come back at no additional cost. He is a man of his word he came back to treat it and exterminator another nest that had been built since. On the last visit my hair had gotten caught in a burr plant when I was in the garden. When Steve arrived I had coconut oil in my hair a comb in one hand and a lot of burrs on the top and back of my head. He insisted on helping me because I was having so much trouble getting them out. He said I’ve gotten 7 out and you are still trying to pull the one out. He proceeded to remove the rest which was probably 2 dozen. He then proceeded to put on his beekeepers outfit and exterminate the new nest. He guarantees his work, is a great value, keeps his appointments, and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend him!

Steve was responsive, professional and polite. He was at my house to take care of the yellow jackets an hour after I called him and let me know his ETA.
